PNE Construction LLC provides professional construction and restoration services including but not limited to:

• Fire damage reconstruction
• Storm and wind damage repair
• Mold remediation and removal
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Residential and commercial construction

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are subject to change based on:

• Actual conditions discovered during work
• Changes requested by the client
• Material and labor cost fluctuations
• Building code requirements and permit fees

We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

4. Insurance Claims

While we work directly with insurance companies and provide documentation to support claims, we cannot guarantee coverage or claim approval. Final payment responsibility rests with the property owner regardless of insurance claim outcomes.

5. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 for water, fire, and storm damage. Emergency response may include additional fees for after-hours service, immediate dispatch, and emergency materials. You will be informed of emergency service rates at the time of dispatch.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Standard terms include:

• Deposit required to schedule work
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment due upon completion
• Accepted payment methods: check, credit card, insurance assignment

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

8. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment.

9. Liability

PNE Construction LLC maintains comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage from events beyond our control, or issues resulting from failure to follow recommended maintenance.

10. Property Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during normal business hours or as agreed upon. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and maintain a clean work environment.

11. Permits and Regulations

We will obtain necessary permits as required by local building codes. You are responsible for ensuring any homeowner association approvals are obtained prior to work commencing.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where services were provided.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
